Cocoon FE 2.0 - Can't load my save on MelonDS

Hi guys, anybody had this issue?

I a using ES-DE as my front-end but I was hyped for the latest Cocoon FE 2.0 release, downloaded it, installed it.

I tried testing the games, I randomly picked a 3DS game for testing, it's working but I can't swap the bottom screen, I swapped them but the bottom still show the bottom part, so the top part became a duplicate of the bottom, weird but at least it's still working

I then tested Pokemon Black for DS, as it was what I'm playing currently. It plays on Melon, but my savestate and savegame wasn't recognized, i checked the Cocoon setting and it's set the the MelonDS standalone emulator, what the hell is happeninn, I thought the save game was deleted so I checked File and the save file is still there, I revert back to ES-DE and VIOLA! My save is still there along with my save state

Anybody had this issue? I really likes Cocoon Fe but is this a bug?
