Why blizzard doest remove Mythic raid lockout ?

Personally i dont have time to join a Mythic Guild, but i would love to do some Mythic bosses. Now you only have 1 try a week with pugs, if the group fails you are basically done see you next week.

I think a LOT of players are like me. They end up pushing only M+ because they dont have time to raid with a guild... missing out on the best content the game has to offer.
