I just want to know when will Harry make Mother Winter a walking stick?

When Harry first meets her, she was cranky and very much looking for a reason to kill him because her hips hurt and she lost her walking stick. Seems like an easy way to get a favor from one of the most powerful beings he has ever meet. And all he has to do is summon Mother Summer for a chat and tea and have her give it to Mother winter.
