Looking for a Granny Stripe Blazer crochet pattern

I saw a clip on Instagram of Greg James (BBC radio DJ) interviewed wearing a granny striped blazer. I've googled trying to find a pattern but no luck. I liked the look of the notched lapels. Gives it that difinitive blazer feel.
