Objective opinion needed

Hey I am nearing my gpity and I am not to certain who to pull for.

We know hoyo shilling will be happening towards elation so pulling for elation units like sparxie and yao would be wise probably but now its a bit tricky but I have E1S1 Evernight since her debut. Her E2 is cracked and I am thinking of getting it.

You guys think it would be a smart decision? My aim is to be able to clear content atleast 0 cycle when I am pulling.
