Phonepe gift card help

Folks, who use phonepe gift card to scan and pay, had a few questions:

1. Where do you buy the gift card from?

2. How much return do you get and using which card

3. Can you use the gift card balance to pay bill or transfer to bank account?

Thanks in advance!
