Dear, Mr. Sausage...
I’ve been a long-time viewer, and I’d love to offer you my (completely free) services to help start making some truly high-quality sausages. No more bursts. No more dry pork. No more undercooked skin.
Before anything else — I genuinely enjoy your channel. The chaos, the obstacles, the unnecessary difficulty — it’s clearly your thing, and it works. This isn’t me trying to “fix” that. I just think there’s a version of your chaos where the sausage also comes out elite.
If the Sausage fans don’t want this, let it be stated here — but I would love to be able to watch one of your videos knowing that, at the end of it all, the sausage stands triumphant.
I understand you have a shtick a niche, so to speak and it clearly works. But I also believe there’s something else at play here: a responsibility. A responsibility to the fans. To Mrs. Sausage. And most importantly… to the sausage.
I have a specific set of skills: a decade of fine-dining experience, extensive practice with kitchen equipment, plenty of time spent writing recipes, and the ability to teach just about anything culinary-related. Whatever feels appropriate to you, I’m happy to help in any way I can. Brainstorming, troubleshooting, testing recipes, or just being a behind-the-scenes sausage consultant.
I want to see your channel grow, your product improve, and your sausages taste better than ever without taking away what makes you you, or what makes your channel so enjoyable to so many.
To close: with me, your sausage is in good hands. I have never attempted to reach out to anyone like this, but i like you Mr. Sausage.
If you have any interest whatsoever, feel free to reach out. Either way, I’ll still be watching.
