I lied about my previous work experience

I lied about my previous work experience, I worked as a CSR in a bpo company for 6 months but disclosed/rebranded it as technical support associate, since yun naman talaga yung workload ng position.

Nakapasa naman sa initial at final interview unexpectedly, and since they are considering me na as final candidate, I verbally accepted the JO na rin since ilang buwan na unemployed. Now they require me to pass a certificate clearance from my previous employer for PEME to which makikita nila yung discrepancy sa name ng position I worked as. What to do? Should I inform the HR about the discrepancy or be honest na lang? This is for an entry level position. Will I lose the JO? First official job after board exam kaya ignorant pa sa mga ways ways huhu.
