Looking for an India based employee/ contractor

Hi folks, I’m looking for a person in India who can work for me full time. It will be 8-10 hours a day of work, all remote. I will pay well, staring 50k/ month. Must be smart, fluent in English and Hindi and a hard worker. Any interest or tips on where to find people?
