Breakers: what tools are you actually using to manage your breaks?

yo what are you guys using to keep track of breaks? like managing who has what slot, payments, figuring out profit after fees etc

i've just been using google sheets and it's getting out of hand lol. looked at breaker toolbox but idk if it's worth $50+/mo

what do you use? anything you wish was better?
