social experiment

if i had many billions of dollars i would like to try to create an eden on earthen in a barren community. Would go into a slum area (with adequate bodyguards) and setup a small free healthy food outlet. Would watch for some families deserving of financial support (arrange for anonymous support), setup free child care and identify children who would benefit from scholarships, arrange incredibly over-qualified medical support for sick kids. Netizens, would you join me?
