103kg-80kg in 7 months (5'11) (19years old)
I was skinny fat guy when I was in 9,10 class weighing about 60-65kg then in next two years I gained 43 kg...
Last year in May I took decision to join the gym since I was a student preparing for a competitive exam that too far from my family in gurgaon I only told my mother since I needed money to join the gym and by God grace she agreed then I started the gym with everything i had
I followed PPL split
chest day:- I used to do flat chest press, incline chest press, decline chest press and cable cross for triceps I used to to triceps extension vable puch down and close grip bench press
Pull day:- wide grip lat pulldown down, bent over rowing, chest support rowing, cable pullovers, and deadlift for biceps bar curls, peacher curl and hammer curls
Leg day:- squat, leg extension, leg press for shoulder dumbbell press, lateral raises
Push day again:- same exercise
Pull day again:- same exercise
Leg day again:- military press, cable pullovers, shrugs for leg hamstring curls, RDL and hip extension
I was not on a proper diet I used to eat whatever was available and tried to eat eggs in the morning that's it.. In starting I went on intimate fasting(worst decision) it helped in rapid fat loss but also lots of muscle Loss happened....
And in a suppliment I only used creatine (muscleblaze)

That was it I am lowkey proud of the transformation but i expected more I know I was lacking in diet very much...
Can you plz rate the transformation and give me some more tips..
Thankyou...
