Leaving immediately on 90 day trial that requires 1 weeks notice

Hi guys, I am currently employed on a 90 day trial, im not enjoying the job and feel like id get treated not great if I worked a 1 weeks notice period before quitting. Even If I have to lie that I need to move immediately id rather do that. Im just wondering whats the worst case my employer can do if I dont work my notice period? Ive only worked there for a few weeks so i’d think its unlikely they would do anything legal about it? Its also a small company
