Long interview processes

Anyone else extremely annoyed by 4+ round interview processes? Why do I need to be interviewed over 4 times for a new grad position? And then I have onsite loops that take up 5 hours of my day essentially. It’s like these companies forgot some of us are still in school and don’t value our time at all.
