Question for making Gil with DoH and DoL jobs

For Miner and Botanist, what materials can I sell that people are actually looking for other than elemental shards/clusters.

Similat to Culinarian, what's the new endgame raid food people are buying that I can craft?

I haven't been able to find a direct answer to my question despite looking this up and checking multiple websites so I'd appreciate the help in recouping my 2mil gil spent getting gear to level these jobs to 100.
