Wife’s F2 visa refused in Oct 2025 Hyderabad – still no slots available (Feb 2026). What should I do?

My wife applied for an F2 visa in October 2025 and was refused. We’ve reviewed everything, renewed her DS-160, and updated all required information.

It’s now February and I’m still unable to find any visa appointment slots. That’s the only thing pending at this point.

Has anyone dealt with this recently?

How are people getting slots faster?

Is there any realistic way to secure an appointment sooner, or is it just a waiting game?

Any advice from recent F2 applicants would really help.
