Best wheel options?

I have the bauer RSX and the wheel setup says soft Hi-Lo 8080 7676. are these wheels good for an outdoor concrete rink or is there a better option? Just getting back into it but I just assumed no one uses the default wheels that come with new skates. Interested what the best wheels are.
