UofA or Waterloo

Hiii I am a 26fall student and I just got 6 offers from UWaterloo, UBC, Ottawa, UofA, McMaster as well as UMelbourne. I applied math major (waterloo honors math coop and financial analysis and risk management coop)( Alberta honors math minor cs) and still deciding which school I should go. Here is some of my info:

1. I am international student which means i need to pay a high tuition fee (my budget is about 250k CAD for the whole uni time and UofA’s tuition is 39k/year, waterloo is 61k/year)

2. I might want to apply permanent residency after graduation so i need to put the policy into consideration)

3. I have lived in Canada for 3yrs and I am in Vancouver. My average is 93 with several top 25% math contests ( csmc Euclid Fermat)

4. UWaterloo and Alberta are my most favorite schools, but considering the budget and pressure of studying I am so unsure which school I should go to.( I know that uwaterloo’s coop is best but it sounds so hard and tiring, is that true??)
