I’m scared

I recently started studying and holy shit is this a lot. I have no idea where to start. So far I feel like I’ve gotten a good cover of CARS but Idk where to start with the other content. I’m aiming to take the exam in September but I still have to take physics 2, OChem 2, and Biochemistry in that time so I might have to push it back until January next year unless I self study. I felt confident about grasping the material but when I see posts about people freaking out after taking the exam I’m starting to think this exam must be impossible. Any advice on what to do?
