When is the Luba 3 AWD coming out in Australia?

I'm moving in March and looking to get a Luba AWD. The 3 seems to be the way to go, but is not available in Australia yet.

Does anyone know when it's arriving in Australia?

Should I wait for the 3 or just get the 2?
