How do I uninstall the HD Reworked mod?

So I've been installing mods ready for a playthrough, and the last one I needed was HD Reworked. But I forgot that you are supposed to manually download that one, and instead I just drag and dropped it into the mod manager. So I want to uninstall it and then manually install it, but I was wondering what files I need to delete? Is it just the 00000 file, and the HDReworkedProject files 1 through 4? Or are there other files I need to delete?
