Do I have to sell my cooler and buy a new cooler if I want to upgrade to AMD 78003xd or intel i7 13700K?

My cooler is Deepcool LS520 240MM.

I want to upgrade my Processor. Im just worried my cooler will not be enough. I am also worried if I have to upgrade to 360MM, it wont fit my PC case.
