Any one here using Ai agents/receptionist?

I wanted to share a recent project. I've been working with a small local clinic who has 3 team members who are amazing at what they do, but the owner was not able to go away on holiday or anything due to being needed at the front desk all the time. Didn't have the funds to hire someone to manage the front desk.

I build her an ai agent to handle bookings, reschedules, and cancellations. It also follows up with people before a booking. They were using pen and paper before.

It's still early days, but appears to be going pretty good.

Keen to learn what other people are doing in this space?
