AITA - my mom says i ruined her mood because I refused to go to a cafe today

It is an open space cafe, really pretty but today is valentine's day and I m already very miserable today, almost on the verge of tears. Ofcourse I can't tell her that but I don't want to be around couples, not one second. Not to mention everyone making fun of me being out and about with parents. I'm not a kid or a teen, I'm 28 years old. I don't think I want that. But my mom didn't understand and made such a huge issue out of it.

I'm already so sick of today since morning, everywhere hearts and all this bullshit. It's making my insecurities go crazy.
