Finally watched Dexter: Resurrection. Wow.

It took me too long, but I finally got around to watch Dexter: Resurrection. And wow. AMAZING. After floundering for years, they actually delivered one of the best seasons on the entire run of the show. Writing, plot, casting, acting, guest stars - all among the absolute best. The relationship with Harrison was brilliantly written, and the resolution with Angel - chef’s kiss. Maybe the secret was not to look for the right ending but to write it in a way that it doesn’t have to end.

I know I’m late to the party, but how did everyone else feel? And would anyone else love to see the version of this in 7-8 years, with Harrison on the force, calling his dad when the criminals got away because they manipulated the system? Could be a totally different kind of buddy cop/non-cop show. I’d definitely tune in. Anyone else?
