Shredder - Better than his ratings?

Hi, I pulled shredder during the turtle thing, and I built shredder, but I built him slow to try to use his passive to generate the veil.

Recently I built some other teams using champs with natural veil buffs (Glaicad + theodosia) and I happened to drop shredder into one of those teams, and his shit was hype, he smacks, he's void (no weak hits) and honestly I was kinda like, "did I change his build or something" because his damage numbers were pretty solid, like, way more than I expected.

That said... um, he's not good all the time. But you know who else smacks? Uzol.
