Black Screen with Bazzzite

I'm at my wits end and about to re-install bazzite. I get a black screen when booting up the OS. no TTY, no keyboard input, no mouse, no nothing.

I know it's working right because I can ssh into it. I have the Game mode/fedora version of bazzite.

I've tried the following:
- rebooting
- rolling back bazzite
- fix-reset-steam
- checking for layered packages
- uninstalling lact
- removing all hard-drives and peripherals to the pc.
- and a bunch of Unsuccessful googling.

I have no idea what to do next. can anyone help before I reinstall?
