How long does a run usually take you to finish from stat to finish? Meaning normal to hell?

I'm just curious. I've never went into Hell difficulty and have only beaten normal a handful of times with over 200+ hours. If you wouldn't mind explaining your process of how you approach runs as well Id appreciate your time.
