Any advice from the pros regarding diarrhea

I have crohns but i’ve always leaned on the constipation side of symptoms, and only really got diarrhea as a one off thing after eating trigger foods. Right now, due to what im hoping is a side effect from a PPI, i’ve been having diarrhea thats increasing in frequency and severity throughout the day.

Do you guys have any tips? 😭 the cramping and diarrhea sucks and I feel kinda helpless right now. I’ve never been in this situation, usually with constipation, I can take a laxative.
