Time Dilation movie

A few years ago, I watched a lower budget movie about a guy who uses lights and cameras or something to slow down time. He says it's like when you dream and the dream feels like its been hours but it's only been a few minutes. They get stuck in a room with the dilated time and there's a demon that appears. I can't remember much else, but I think most the movie takes place in one room.
