How to fix the NBA?

If you were commissioner what would you do differently that Adam Silver is not?

- The NBA is floundering. Half the teams don't care and tank already, LeBron/Steph is going to retire soon, betting will only make basketball worse (easiest sport to mess with as a player), all star weekend is garbage. The Thunder have a million picks. I see nothing that Adam Silver is doing that is helping or improving the product, he is trying to stop a leaking faucet.
