I think I'm getting the z flip 7

I have an old A52 that still works fine except when charging. I'm thinking of getting the flip 7, only because I miss the flip phone.

so It has a built in screen protector? for the inside screen? but I would need one for the outer screen?

what about phone cases? can you share links?

how do you "leave" your phone? do you flip it or turn it screen down? is it OK Leaving it in a V position?

I saw some comments not to open it using your thumbs? how then should I be opening it?
