Really dislike HairClub, feeling stuck

I just had my 3rd maintenance appointment and it was a bad experience. I don’t think the stylists there know how to cut hair and I don’t feel good with what I walked out with. My system makes my hair look like a bowl cut now and I’m getting anxious to be seen in public. I said I wanted a short to long fade and there’s no fade to be seen.

Taking the system off was so rough and she combed out the remaining glue and I swear she was pulling out my bio hair. The water she used was burning hot at times. She was taking phone calls during the process and trash talking her other colleagues and the walls are super thin. She didn’t shave my head so now if feel like I’m going to have issues with lift later on (I already feel some hard creases all over the piece). The facilities look super dated and not cleanly.

Like I don’t know what to do, I feel like I’m stuck because I have 5 other systems and 10 months to go before I have to renew (which I am not). Any advice?
