Has anybody used prid on a labial ingrown hair?

I’ve already been to the dr twice this week once for a nasty cough and another time for strep throat and now I randomly find I have a painful ingrown hair in my inner left labia I have a thing of prid and it’s supposed to be good for drawing out ingrown hairs but idk if it’s safe to use down there it only says it can’t be used in the mouth or nose and nothing about genitals but just thought I’d ask other ladies who might have tried that before using
