Brock Kinesiology vs UVic Recreation & Health Education – Need honest advice

Hi everyone,

I’m really torn between Kinesiology at Brock University and Recreation & Health Education at the University of Victoria.

I like health, sports, fitness, etc., but I’m worried about:

• Job prospects
• Program difficulty
• Whether RHE is “less professional” than Kin
• Keeping doors open for grad school

If you were choosing again, what would you pick and why?

Looking for realistic advice rather than marketing answers 🙂 Any brutally honest advice welcome.
