conditionals

i got into eng/cs programs, and the conditional is js abt my pre-reqs but me and my friend had a big debate abt conditionals, hes telling me i need to lock in for my sem now (online geo(u/m), online entrprenreurship (college), politics(u/m), i already finished calc, physics, english, adv funct, challenge in change, int biz, which i all got high scores and cleared conditional scores for the pre-requisites. im worried coz i wanna focus on other stuff this sem and if i dont do well on these courses my offers may be reincsided, so tldr will unis use top 6 for final admission averages or overall what i took in grade 12?
