What if the universe is like one big human?

Think about it. Like you know how for example our irises look and act similarly to a black hole (both suck in light). Or how our brain neurons look like the cosmic web. What if the universe is just one human? Or what if we’re all our own universes? And side note I also kind of find it weird how we’re the only species on earth to have evolved this much, are able to communicate this much in so many different ways and learned so many things about the universe while other animals haven’t. I mean how come not 1 other animal on earth is capable of the same stuff we are? I don’t know this is just some random midnight thought.
