How much tyre pressure for Bezza?

Hi everyone, I have a 2016 Bezza Av, recently had my tyres ( Continental Comfort ) replaced as it was a second hand car, and the tyre shop man said for these tyres, i should pump it to 210. But I was wondering, on the car door it says it should be pumped to 250F, 250R. So what is the real pump value i should put? personally i feel at 210, those bumps at highways before a sharp turn makes my car shake like maddd. At 240 its a bit softer. I think load also plays a role or not? Usually my car is a 3 person load.
