Help! Need Advice!

I have had fear so bad the last few months. I know at one time I seen something attached to my head. I had the Ministers pray for me and I know I heard in my Spirit that I was free but now I still live in constant fear. My thoughts now are so evil and I have never had thoughts like this. I have been saved since I was 15. I am 37 now but I’m even scared of God now. The negative thoughts constantly loop in my head and they are all negative. Has anyone dealt with this before?
