31[F4A] I'm rediscovering the instinct for traditional straight sex after years of dating women

NSFWFemale looking for Anyone

I've been sort of tomboyish since I was a kid. I never had short hair or anything and I sort of look outdoorsy or sporty, not boyish, but my personality was tomboyish. I was a good student, ambitious, and have had a good career. Played sports. Still am very independent.

I dated a couple guys in school but never got into that, probably because I was closeted bi. Came out after college. I like all sorts of women, but am very picky with men, and tend to like masculine guys as it's sort of reassuring/affirming to feel girly sometimes, given my personality and lifestyle. I dated a woman for a long time, and in addition to usually being the more dominant one in bed, I was also the decision maker and breadwinner, which was exhausting.

My ex and I were engaged but always had some relationship trouble, which is part of why engagement ended up pressuring it enough to lead to a permanent split. I've gone back to straight dating somewhat for the first time since college, and have begun to see a guy I've known a few years whose one of my only guy friends. Little older than me, very masculine, met at the gym.

Was a surprise to be dating a guy again. Never saw that coming, but it was the right time and place I guess. I never had much interest in guys after coming out and always found the idea of pregnancy or kids offputting, so never had any real motivation to go back to guys before.

It's been a unique experience, as it's pushed me into facing femininity a bit more, including traditional gender roles, being with a more masculine partner, submissiveness, and exploring my own feelings on being womanly. Straight sex has a different sort of vibe and even feels oddly taboo given my lifestyle up until this point, and has uncovered an instinct I have for straight sex. I feel like I've been put in a more traditionally feminine place as a woman, and that's sort of fun.

I'd love to chat about the experience, relationships, sex lives, straight sex and relationship dynamics, etc. It's also not a BDSM post.
