The Station Alafaya

Opinions on Station Alafaya? The space seems to be the best, but lots of reviews of the gate never closed, sauna never working, mold, gross carpets and the owner, Landmark properties, being impossible to get things fixed and charges bogus fees at move out. Other option is Accolade East, better location but small space.
