Stratification in Pentagonal Revisionism

Did Anton LaVey ever expand on point 1 – stratification – of Pentagonal Revisionism? Or have there been essays written by other CoS leaders since?

I'd like to do more reading on this topic after reading the 1988 essay by LaVey because he kept it quite brief.
