Hawkers center for transit tourist

hi everyone,

I'm transiting through Changi airport with 8 hours to spare. I'm very interested in getting to experience Singapore cuisine.

which 2 hawkers center do you think is the best for me to visit during my transit? I've searched online and there's just too many to choose from, for now one of the most mentioned is Lau Pa Sat
