Need some advice about PR options (PGWP expiring next Jan)

Hey everyone, I could really use some advice about PR options.

Here’s my situation:

I moved to Canada right after finishing my bachelor’s (no foreign work experience). Did my master’s in Alberta, then worked part-time as a department manager at a fast food chain with about 600 hours total. Later, I worked full-time for 5 months as an engineering intern in BC healthcare. Both jobs were on my PGWP.

I recently moved to Prince George, BC for a full-time engineering job in healthcare. My work permit is valid until March next year.

I’ve been with my girlfriend for 6 years. She has a similar background did her master’s here too, and she’s working full-time as a manufacturing engineer in BC. She’ll complete one year of full-time work by the end of April. We lived together for about 4 years before I moved for my current job.

I know I should’ve started the PR process earlier, but I was too focused on finding a job first. I started learning French in December, but it’s been hard to keep up with it while working full time.

Given all this, what would be the best way for me to go about getting PR now? Any suggestions would really help.
