My stock Gaming Trio 5080 Steel nomad scores feel low?

I was looking at my wattage while playing and notice it kep consistently around 200 which felt good/cool, but also low considering I thought they're meant to get up quite high.

So I tried to run a steel nomad and I only got around 7600, quite consistently. My card did pull around 300-310w though, but the fans also never went about like 30%. I have also just forced the fans to 80% and run it and I went up to only around 7650.

Is there something wrong with my card or is this okay?
