broke up with my partner yesterday shes been my CG my owner and everything else but im dealing with a divorce and seeing my soon yo be ex wife in court last week really stirred up old feelings amd im realizing im not ready for a relationship again she moved into my home earlier then expected and it sent me spiraling

am i over reacting or are my feelings justified
