Looking For Character Artist

Hello Everyone.

I've gotten to the point of my dev cycle where I need to model the Important Characters to my creation. Sadly I am not that creative in terms of character Design. I'm looking for a Character Artist to help me. I need Front, Side and Rear View T pose characters, Color is optional at artists discretion. General Style is mostly realistic, some artistic/toony/fantasy elements are fine but The world is intentionally gritty and dark, so while fantasy elements should be grounded. This is my first post on this sub so if I'm missing normally requisite details I'm happy to add what I can.
