Could you give me some feedback on my channel statistics?

Well, I've been uploading videos since last year (regularly for a little over a month now). Right now I have 351 subscribers. My videos are getting between 500 and 900 views, but I've noticed my CTR is between 2.5 and 4, although I'm trying to focus on the thumbnails. I'm getting around 25k views a month between shorts and videos, but I'm also having trouble converting new subscribers. Maybe my CTA isn't the best? Do you think I'm doing well or what can I improve? My niche is video games.
