Do you have tips or workflows for mixing cross-agent experiences for Claude Code?

Question

The subscription costs for both Claude and ChatGPT can add up quickly, especially if you're hitting rate limits.

Recently, in South Korea, there was a massive promotion where a local tech giant (Kakao) sold ChatGPT Plus for 90% off (up to 5 months). This led to a huge spike in people want to try Codex over Claude

I personally wanted to offload some coding tasks to the Codex model while working in Claude, but I ran into a dilemma:

  1. OAuth Integration: Many people try to bridge these via OAuth, but I was worried it might violate TOS and get accounts flagged.
  2. MCP: While it can consume a lot of tokens, it's incredibly useful when you need a robust bridge between different agents.

So, I built codex-mcp-bridge with Claude. This post is not for showcase, but anyway I share my repo. you can install via pip or cloned source code.

So MCP server can talks to the OpenAI Codex CLI instead of risky account-linking OAuth. But still I'm curious any workaround or approach better than this.

Does anyone have tips or specific workflows for mixing cross-agent experiences for vibe coding?
