Pls add haste meter to UI

Right now you can get haste from multiple sources: perks, teammates, teammates' perks, and while you can control former, you can't control when a friendly Lucio decides to give you a taxi or speed all the way to the enemy backline. It would be nice to have a more explicit UI for when you have haste.

Suggestion: add an icon with a haste-meter next to it, like in DBD. Not only it makes your speed more explicit (im not just moving fast, but I know exactly HOW FAST im moving), it also makes it more visible when you have heroes like Lucio next to you without the need to look behind you.
